Manor Windsor Realty’s team of agents has officially raised more than $130,000 for local charities and other organizations that struggle to find funding.
“It’s the groups that don’t get government funding, and those that don’t have anywhere else to go,” said broker/manager Rob Agnew. “And they’re slipping through the cracks. Those are the types of groups we love to help.”

Since 2018, agents with Manor Windsor Realty have set aside money from each home sold during the year for local organizations and charities in need. Every agent participates.
The agents have donated a total of $133,000, including $15,000 in 2024. Windsor Manor Realty handed out the cheques on Wednesday.
Recipients included Crossroads Centre for Personal Empowerment; student food programs at Frank W. Begley and Prince Edward public schools; Kiwanis Music Festival; Canadian Aviation Museum; Launch Pad Recovery Centre; Sleep in Heavenly Peace; Windsor Family Homes and Community Partnerships; Windsor Residence for Young Men; and The Windsor Youth Centre.
“We’re so proud of our Manor agents that contribute,” said Agnew. “We put everything in a pool, and then our committee of agents chooses some worthy beneficiaries. Every year, they do a lot of work to make sure that their due diligence is good for that. And the groups this year are no different. They’re very worthy groups.”
